在《使徒行传》21章，保罗回到耶路撒冷后去见雅各和众长老，他们提出一个建议：让保罗与四位正在还愿的拿细耳人一同行洁净礼，并替他们支付规费、剃头，完成他们的誓愿。
一、什么是“规费”和“剃头”？

耶路撒冷教会中有“几万”犹太信徒，他们都为律法热心。保罗若拒绝参与，将被视为藐视律法，可能引发教会内部张力。

三、保罗为何愿意配合？
- 他早已表明：为福音的缘故，他可以“向什么样的人，就作什么样的人”（林前9:20-23）。
- 他不是在否认福音真理，而是在不违背福音的前提下，尽量尊重犹太人的传统，以避免不必要的冲突。
- 他愿意承担费用、参与仪式，是一种主动示好、化解误解的行动。
